My favorite anime

Ghost in the shell is an one of my favorite anime, it is based on this comic which is written by Shirow Masamune. Production I.G(the company of animation) adopt the comic for the anime. The story is set in the near future. There are many cyborgs in the society. This animes story is about Public Security Section 9. The system is composed of the elite police. This system's member are Motoko Kusanagi(Major), Batou, Daisuke Aramaki(Chief), Togusa, Ishikawa(Specialist on technology), Saito(Sniper), Paz and Borma. And the system has the robot which has an artificial brain. They usually cope well with diverse matters, a kidnapping, the Net crime and so on. There are 26 episodes in the anime. I think it is difficult for young children to understand these stories, but these stories are very interesting and exciting. I watched this anime for the first time when I was a high school student. I became enthusiastic about it. This anime is very popular all over the world. The director of Matrix was a fan of it, too. I want you to watch this anime at least once in the near future.
