Difference of eating habit
There are some differences of eating habits between Japan and America. First of all, there is a large amout in American foods, but Japanese foods have a small amount. I was surprised at American food's amount on TV, I thought that I can not eat all American food. Second, American foods are very sweet, but Japanese foods are not sweet. Fast food is very famous for American foods, fast food has a lot of sugar content, so fast food is high in calories. Third, American foods, hamburger, hotdog and steak, for example. On the other hand, Japanese foods have a lot of vegetables, miso soup, okayu, sukiyaki and oden, for example. Japanese foods are low in calories, so Japanese food are very suitable for diet. Finally, Japanese food's balance is very good for the health, but American food's balance is bad. Recently, Japanese foods are watched by all the world with interest, because Japanese foods are low in calories and very delicious. Rice is the center of Japanese foods, sushi is famous for Japanese food. The number of sushi's store is rising steadily.
